KIAWAH ISLAND (WCSC) - The Lowcountry will soon be the location of another HGTV Dream Home.

Kiawah Island's Indigo Park was selected to be the build site of a custom built home in 2013 by HGTV. The home will be part of a grand package awarded next March.

HGTV will design the home using the most modern green practices available including recycled and efficient local materials, water efficiency systems, energy efficient fixtures, lighting, appliances, heating and cooling systems.

In 2008, HGTV built a Dream Home on Hilton Head Island.
